Update on the car

The Crime Scene officer came by and dusted my car for prints, and found a couple. After she was done with the car, I checked through it for anything else missing.

Crackhead took my folder of music CD's, all the loose change and the spare clip out of the center console, and the long knife I had under my seat. He left my tools.

Geesh - if your tools were like most, they were worth more than the knife? I hope the prints are useful and help you come to a resolution. You might call local pawn shops to warn them about the knife and that it might show up. Do you have any verification/ownership papers of your initial purchase of said item? Most pawn shops in Florida honor that and maybe they do here?

I bought the knife from a merchant at a rennie gathering, If he gave me a receipt, it's long gone. I think I paid maybe $20 at the most for it ... I did add a leather hilt wrap to it though.

I'm sure I've thrown away the stereo receipt too. I'll be keeping my high-dollar receipts from now on.

Don't worry about the CDs 95% of them were burned. I want to see the look on Crackheads face when he listens to them ha!
