i used to show up to this biological anthropology class 15-20 minutes late every day for no real reason, other than that i had stayed up too late the night before and wanted a precious extra 20 minutes a day courtesy of school. one day towards the end of the term, the teacher stopped mid-sentence to yell at me as i walked in the door. i was never late to that class again. i was also the only student in the class to receive an A. hmmm...
