A couple days ago, Melanie said she called me and left me a voice mail. I just thought, eh...she probably thought she did...but didn't. My phone didn't say I had a voice mail. Didn't think anything of it until she called me again today and said the same thing. I laughed, and thought "Gee, I should check it, I probably have a ton of voice mails." ( Read more... )

i would like a list of reason you hate verizon. seriously, i'm thinking of changing to it because it HAS to be better than AT&T

Other than the voicemail problem and the TERRIBLE customer service, there aren't really any other reasons. I always have service. The voicemail thing pissed me off really bad though, it's also cool having free texts and free phone calls to the other verizon users. I'll probably look at other phone services, i'll only change if t mobile does free texts to your favorite five phone numbers. I do so much texting..
