I hung out with an old friend today. An old friend -- going back to before we were even of preschool age. If I can tolerate her habit of talking over me and we don't get gpomg on certain issues (school, money, jobs, so forth) than we tend to get along decently ( Read more... )

I had too much espresso and now I feel like throwing up.

We tried to watch High Art last night. I know, it is supposed to be a great movie. We just found it slow paced, boring, and predictable.

I'm so bored tonight that I've: responded to an e-mail from my cousin's boyfriend and committed myself to go out for coffee with him on Monday (if that works with his schedule), sent an e-mail to my cousin, sent an e-mail to an old friend that I haven't talked to in a while, and sent an e-mail to a family friend that I usually don't e-mail at all ( Read more... )

It's two o'clock in the morning and I'm online and bored. Bleh.

We got Zoe to take a full dose of allergy medication. I was hoping that it would make her sleepy but it didn't seem to have that effect at all. She's been chewing her bandage off her foot pretty much all night. It's a constant battle between the two of us ( Read more... )
