[America had also regained his memories. It made sense; after all, it made Russia look even more like a jerk, and it made him look even cooler. So he had no doubt that it was true, that he loved Prussia.

But of course, Prussia was from an earlier time period. He wouldn't remember everything that had happened between them, and America didn't need to tell him. All of that was still to come.

[Prussia knows how to treat the ladies, man. He tosses America the bombs, a little relieved that the guy's so enthusiastic about it...of course, who wouldn't be, going on a date with his awesome self, but it makes him hopeful that they're operating on the same page here.]
