I wish my clothes would organize themselves in the closet. I'm tired of unpacking now. If Randi hadn't unpacked the kitchen, we would be eating out of boxes for months. At least doing laundry is happy and convenient now.

Yahoo!! Someone figured out that I'm pregnant yesterday :) All my coworkers sneak glances at my belly these days, but they already know. Yesterday was the first time someone knew just by how I looked. I mentioned that I was going out for ice cream, and he asked if I was getting pickles, too.

Finally, we're getting somewhere!

I think I could sleep 20 hours a day while pregnant with no problems whatsoever. I used to nap often on Sunday afternoons, but I'd regret it that night as I tossed and turned. No more. I slept from 12:30 to 4:30 today, my headache didn't quite go away, and I bet I fall asleep at 11 tonight and still have trouble getting up in the morning. ( Read more... )

I'm amused by the strange combination of blocked websites at my job. I cannot check my college email. Or get the current results of the baseball game through the local newspaper's link. We've got a pile of keys and an even larger stack of paperwork. But everything's signed, the money has left our hands, and we have a house!

It's official--our closing is at 8am tomorrow, so by this time tomorrow we will own our very own house. Over lunch today, our realtor and I will go over there and do our best to make sure the current owners haven't booby trapped the place or set fire to anything since we last saw it. Can anyone tell me why my photo isn't working? I uploading a new one (hey, this kid grows fast), and tried linking it directly to my computer's jpg, and then I uploaded it to my website and linked using the url. Neither seems to work.
