That's an interesting use of the accusative. I must admit I'm not terribly familiar with how to use it in Esperanto.

On the same friends page as this entry, actually, I also had one in linguaphiles on the subject of time expressions and cases.

Expressions like these take the accusative because they're essentially direct objects of an understood "Have a..." or "I wish you a...". It's the same reason that "Saluton" and "Bonan tagon" have those Ns.
