Local running tracks?

Hi everyone, my roomie and I are looking for a local running track - we want to do sprints as part of our workouts, but to do them safely you pretty much need a nice smooth track. I've checked the websites of some local high schools, but couldn't find any information regarding public usage of their tracks outside of school hours

The tracks at Hopkins Junior High and Mission San Jose High are available for public use outside of school hours. The Hopkins track isn't actually a full 400m but I find it to be generally smoother than the Mission one. Both don't fare well in the rainy season though.

I believe the situations at the other high schools in the district are the same except for Washington (which has a stadium closed to the public).
