LOL! Don't we wish!
{Did we know he was aware of computer games and iPods?? }
Being on set with a bunch of young actors I don't see how he couldn't be aware of iPods and video games.
I don't know about Alan personally, but the Pisces I know have a very playful,childlike nature.
I can see him playing video games, but not Grand Theft auto, maybe Pikmen, or an auto racing game. ;)

Alas not in London they didn't! My husband is also a designer and the companies he (and I) worked for didn't start to get to grips with computer aided design until the 1990s. It was still all paper layouts and paste-up for most until then. Alan stopped working in graphic design long before secretaries had word-processing typewriters as standard, never mind PCs - and designers still had to rely on repro houses to do all the clever stuff for them. Alan's design experience was strictly in the lettraset and paper era!
Having said all that, I doubt very much if he is as ignorant as he pretends to be about modern technology, and I'm dammed sure he has - or has access to via Rima - a more state of the art computer than an old Amstrad!
