The Naming of Dragons

i have lots of dragons. two of them, Duncan Idaho and Alia Atreides, gave me a water dragon egg. since they never had any children in canon... what would be a good name for their son or daughter?

My initial thought on any male child of Duncan's would be some type of homage to the Atreides family line- Leto would be the obvious choice with Paul running a close second (simply because of the deep history between Duncan and these two men). Paulus would also be a fitting tribute. The obvious snag there is that Alia is the mother, leading me to lean away from those names as they hold a negative connotation in her mind due to the circumstances of her birth.

Hard to say, but interesting to think about.

makes total sense to me... and they are only pixel pets, so i think Alia will be fine for Paulus Leto or Leto Paul or something like that for a boy. we'll see what happens if the little sprite is a girl. also, the little hatchie is a Guardian dragon like Duncan.
