Impressed and relieved

RAH! the Boy Wonder passed his day 57 inspection yesterday which clears the way for his passing out parade next Tuesday (thank goodness - my train tickets had just arrived). This means many good things - I get to see him in his No 1 uniform, he gets 2 weeks off at Christmas, and the horror of basic training is pretty much over
