Hmmm, it hit me over the weekend that about 7 years ago my grandmother passed on. It was shocking for many reasons, not least the fact it was my first grandparent to go, and secondly because, in the age before mobile phones, my parents couldn't get hold of me to tell me as I had gone away for the weekend. I remember it because I thought at the time

Thanks, hun, I think I've fixed it from here, more a display problem - I ran through as many of the troubleshooting suggestions as I had to before something worked. So huzzah, I can see you all again.
