This is even later than Roy's.  Yep, Adstring is turning Riza into a total slacker.

Riza liked Leon from the moment they met, even under the unfavorable circumstances. She thinks he's a very smart man and preferable to work with. He can keep his cool under stressful times, a trait she respects in others. If he were an Amestrian, she wouldn't hesitate bringing him into the Roy-tachi.

Leon is also becoming a very close friend. While she hasn't spilled any dark secrets or emotions to him, she still finds him easy to talk to and trusts that he would keep any of her admissions to himself.

He can be stubborn, but so can she, so this is perfectly acceptable in her book.
