Horses and home improvements
Been a busy few weeks. FINALLY got the taxes done. I havent been this late doing taxes in...well...ever. The sticking point this time was my itemized deductions for the ton and a half of clothes I donated last year. Mine (due to weight loss) and Nonnie's from the estate. Her's were amazing, beautiful and many were brand new with tags. Anyway, all done finally. Let's move on.
Had two new toilets and a new sink installed, so naturally had to re-do one whole bathroom.

I got two but the other one looks pretty much just like this one.

Been carrying this thing around in the back of my car for 2 years.
New LIGHT!
The light fixture I did myself. Coolio, nez pa? Also, repainted walls and ceiling. All in one very long day.
Also, (not the same day) installed a new fixture in the hall. The hallway has been dark dark dark for almost a year. Did this one myself too. I'm beginning to think I'm handy.
Went horseback riding for the first time in about 40 years last weekend. Way more fun than should be legal. And I was hardly sore at all the next day :-)

I'm loving my new iPhone. Not sure why I ever wasted a year and a half on a Blackberry. I'm older, wiser, and much better equipped. TAWANDA!
