Pulsars are rapidly spinning neutron stars that emit sharp pulses of radiation at a set interval that varies from pulsar to pulsar. I hate them.

And what does "a strong scintillation effect opposite the sun where the effect should have been weak" mean? Agh!

So when did this strong hatred start? Did you have a traumatic childhood experience with pulsars or is it one of those hatreds in the way I hate (well purty much everyone hates) soggy socks and one ply toliet paper.
