I have found that the Dreamberries are quite break-resistant!!

I noticed that too.

However, I doubt you are.

Wait a second there, I only said you can be broken.

Want to see the difference?

I have attempted.

And, unfortunately, I have failed to discern anything remotely relevant. All of my usual scrying spells have simply failed to work. I've been researching alternatives but have not as of yet uncovered anything.

That's about where I'm at. I definitely know nothing about what sort of magic is being used here, and research isn't helping very much either.

I'm also going to guess that any attempt to nullify the magic does not work. It's not among my skills, but I know it exists, it just seems that would be too easy.

I've attempted various counterspells and dispels, and you'd be correct in assuming that there's been no change.

If this is a magic device, it's like nothing I've ever seen before.

...it's almost refreshing, in a way.

Refreshing? In what way?

It's definitely not like any technology I've seen, and even so, those devices were quite capable of breaking.

Though I do admit, I remember something similar to this, but it was a far larger device meant for more purposes than just communication.

That makes me wonder...maybe the Dreamberries are a combination of machine and magic?

Yeah, I need to get one of those still.

The whole using dreams as currency thing is rather strange to me.

And I seem to not be at an advantage there, since coming here I've seemed to have had weird dreams too.
