Prompt: Laurel centric (with Oliver/Laurel and past Tommy/Laurel) - her feelings on Tommy and Ollie and the relationship she shares with them after Ollie returns.

There is a difference between "making love", and using somebody for sex. While Tommy may have been there for her during a difficult time, she didn't possess any romantic feelings for him.

Oliver witnesses some incident that shows Tommy hasn't changed at all in the five years Oliver has been gone (drug use, dirty dealings, what have you). He shows Tommy just how disappointed he is in him. Angsty sexytimes ensue... bottom Tommy preferred.
