At what point do you stop "being productive?" in your day? When is it ok to just sit down and watch TV or a movie? I work hard at work, so I can veg at home!

As for self improvement, both physically and mentally, doing things that don't require you to be productive and just relax is VERY good for you! I think the mentality of having to do stuff or feeling bad is a big part of being stressed and anxious!

Obviously this is only my philosophy, which I'm definitely not saying is necessarily better for YOU. But I do think that finding a more balanced view could be something that would help you feel better about things!

The purpose of life is what we decide to give it, and for me, my purpose is to enjoy it, experience new things, and hopefully help others enjoy there's as well.
