Food transparancy

I seem to do better when I'm recording what I'm eating.  So, I shall be trying to do that more regularly in an effort to keep myself honest.

Breakfast...well, brunch: scrambled eggs.  I cut up four mushrooms, ran a stick of butter over a heated pan (pam has an awful taste, but if you cut off a bit of butter to put it in you end up with too much ( Read more... )

Might I recommend olive oil instead of butter? You can get a spray bottle for it if you prefer, and it's tasty and a lot healthier than butter.

omg I use olive oil all the time. very good for eggs.
only just be careful because it has a low smoke point, so keep your pan heat on the lower side.

I use the Daily Plate on livestrong.com -- it has a massive nutritional value database you can search and it tracks you for your goals. Also it lets me do my blood sugar there too. And it is free. Oh yeah, there's also an app for my Iphone.
