I've had this diary for 4 1/2 years now, and although I don't write in it as much as I used to, I am SO glad I did. It's a historical record of my life, of my feelings, of my mistakes, and my regrets, and when you start to sift through the past, you start to realize your patterns, and your common mistakes

It really is great to go back through your past entries and see what you were like. I go back to the ones while I was with George, and they make me sad.
