So after my offer on the condo was refused (denied, not chosen???) Mom and I went out looking again tonight. We looked at another condo that would need a whole lot of work, mostly of the let's paint over the scary lime green wall variety. But still a lot of work. Then my realtor showed me a house. Which although I was initially opposed to the idea
