I've actually managed to stay caught up on school work for the whole month since school started. Hopefully this trend can continue. Now if I could only wake my muses up and get them to write something. -
Explain this to me
I don't knw what possessed me but I've been out walking 7 times in the last 9 days, and my weight has not been effected like at all. I mean I wasn't expecting miracles, but yesterday I was all proud that I'd dropped down and today I'm back up to what it was on Sunday. I'm so confused ( Read more... ) -

As is often the topic of my posts, I'm here reading past posts instead of doing schoolwork. ::sigh:: Way to easy to be distracted. That is all.
Of course why I'm still having to plan for school when almost everyone else is either still on break or just coming off I'm not sure.

So I'm still playing the Legacy challenge. I'm on the fifth generation. That would be Karrin, her mom, and one of her twin brothers. Dad couldn't be bothered to follow directions and come up the stairs to make it a group photo.

This stinks
I came home yesterday to a sick kitty, who I took to the vet. They think she probably has some kind of digestive tract infection, but took blood work to be sure. She at home with me and in definitly better than yesterday, but I have yet to see her eat anything. I also haven't heard from the vet about the results from the blood work. My classroom is DONE! All ready for orientation, that is if none of the posters fall down. ;)
Now if I could just say the same about all my unpacking.
Also, finally managed to catch an episode of Project Runway and the strangly specific insults are back.

I'm sitting here in my new condo, which I think is finally starting to sink it that it belongs to me. However, several things still need to be done, like setting up my new table and hooking up the dryer. No, big deal really, except I attempted to move my current table and now I can't get it back up. Jury duty makes me sleepy
Apparently, I am not jury material. I've been thanked and dismissed, which means I have more time to not pack. I really should be, but so far I have a pathetic ratio. Like one box every couple of days. I was dismissed after lunch, which was a total surprise. The DA had accepted the jury panel twice in the morning, while I was sitting on it. Yet ( Read more... ) -
Jury Duty
So I have jury duty tomorrow. Which I don't mind going and sitting for a day, it's the whole having to be out of the house by 7. During the school year this would be an opportunity to sleep in. In the summer, not so much. Course the bad thing is I finished my two books yesterday, so now I don't know what to bring with me ( Read more... ) -
Productive?
Okay, I feel terribly productive today, although in the grand scheme of things, probably not. I finished two books today, and helped a friend study for the CBEST. I also don't have jury duty for another day, which means tomorrow is a grocery store day.
