Another restaurant idea...

Sometimes I get ideas to make restaurants. They usually center around some odd theme, such as my "Bumper Burgers" idea, in which you'd get into a bumper car, and drive over to the ordering station, and bump other diners until your button rang, then pick up your food and continue to bump others, etc. I've had many more but can't remember them all

Last february when my family was in nyc, we ate at this swanky Indian fusion restaurant. It was like a hybrid between Indian and American food. While we were sitting around my brother and I joked about how great it'd be to have a fusion Indian-Native American restaurant. See, it's like a cross between REAL Indian and "whoops we thought you guys were Indian but we're going to exploit you anyway and chop off your fingers if you don't bring us gold." Dig it???

There is a resturant in NY. It was build in a church so it has a huge stained glass dome. And the Alter is now the kitchen. It doesn't stick to your church theme but it does have that God feeling to it. You should find it sometime and see what your resturant could have looked like if you never get the chance to build it. I always wanted to own a resturant, but I wanted mine to be Jamaica in new york city. Just not the palm trees which you get anywhere where the sun shines hot enough, but the real jamaica, with the sky juice fountain, and the paintings by Ken Spencer of cricket and of course those colourful country houses which adorn the green hills. It would have been great to just see that one day.
