That's about the extent of my Spanish. Fuck you, Summer Plus and Spanish Made Fun! tapes. All the Spanish I learned as a seven-year old (la escuela... el banjo? y mi casa) has been pretty much forgotten. Except for when we studied explorers in fifth grade and we got to Cabeza de Vaca. I was so cool because I knew his name meant "head of cows." Yup

wow, i wish i never took spanish in highschool. it was intergraded in my classes when i was in elementary school so i had like 7 years of it anyway, passable proficiencies, but i had to take it for another 2 years in highschool didn't i? well german was removed the year i became a freshman and they didn't offer arabic and/or japanese. frrench was out of the question for me. I should've taken the ASL class...
but anyway, the point of that being, never taking a spanish class again.
