the first time the sleep paralysis happened it was accompanied by a loud radio static sound... i thought i was being abducted.

since then i usually see rooms in houses i've never been in and/or feel that sense of "impending doom".... sometimes i'll feel the "presence" too... it's creepy as all hell.

the lucid dreaming is great. i don't have total control over my dreams but i can make my nightmares less scary or stop the dream altogether.

I know what you are going through. I get this when I deprive myself for sleep long enough. It's pretty freakin' scary. How are you and your cute little one btw?

So, I did think you were crazy until I checked your links. I've never had sleep paralysis, but I have experienced malevolent presence, voices, and visual sensations. It sucks.
