does the glaze need more water? i had my husband on glaze duty and we weren't really measuring, i just had him add more water/sugar until the right consistency was reached. when i wrote the recipe i just kind of guessed how much we used.

I added a bit more to make a runnier glaze. For me it was just too thick with only 2T of water. I added a picture of what mine looked like to the recipe. It's a cellphone picture so it's kinda grainy.

looks yummy! i like the idea of using bacon drippings instead of butter, i'm going to try that next time... now i'm getting hungry.
