Name: Nepeta Leijon

Personality:
Nepeta is a playful, energetic girl with an affinity for cats, a love of roleplaying and an obsession with romance.
Contrary to the rest of her species, Nepeta is unusually friendly and agreeable to everybody she meets. She behaves like a child, and has a naive view of everything that goes on around her. Despite that naivety, she is a powerful huntress, and would kill powerful Alternian beasts back at home using only her sharp teeth and claws. She killed only to eat, however, but she also made use of everything else she could-their blood, for example, would be used alongside soot and ash to paint upon her cave walls to depict exciting tales from the hunt, or for her shipping wall.
Ah, yes, the shipping wall. Nepeta is a purroud shipper of her friends, of her enemies, everybody. She used to keep track of all possible relationships but now keeps up only with those that interest her and those that are actually happening (her reliability of a narrator via the shipping wall is questionable, though). In actuality, she's fairly oblivious to almost all romantic intent and everything she's learned about quadrants and romance has been from troll animooz and fanfiction.
Nepeta also, as has been mentioned, loves cats. Her lusus was one, after all! She constantly speaks in cat puns, substituting in a purr, meow, mew, paw, fur, claw, or any other cat-related word she can in her speech and in her typing.
Speaking of her lusus being a cat, being raised by a wild animal has left Nepeta with some feral tendencies. She never intentionally seeks out conflict but when angered, she can lash out and start to get vicious, and oh boy, it is not pretty. Fortunately, the strict and protective nature of her moirail Equius Zahhak helps keep her from getting so primal.
Her moirallegiance is also an important part of her. In exchange for protection and a ground to her impulsiveness, Nepeta keeps Equius calm enough so that he doesn't lose control of his STRENGTH and hurt himself and others. She's a expurrt at pacifying him and tends to project this onto other situations as well; she never seeks out conflict and tries not to get herself involved directly in it, rather, she tries to keep everyone involved calm and resolve it peacefully so that everyone is on good terms again. She makes a fantastic mediator and is also a great listener, being known best for her feelings jams atop piles of things (or off piles of things-she's not picky!)
Powers: Nepeta has no real "powers". She is an expurrt huntress, taking down mighty beasts using nothing but her teeth and claws (which are long and artificial, a weapon of self-defense), but only kills to eat and not for sport,

Nepeta frowned and pressed her face closer to the Xtransceiver, then rapped at the screen with her finger again. Tap tap tap. At her feet, her Shinx frowned and gave an almost-purr of concern.
"This device is purrplexing," the girl declared before shoving it back into the pocket of her trenchcoat. She kneeled down closer to the Pokémon's height to examine it, and it responded by rubbing its face up against her knee. A sharp-toothed grin split across her face and she cried, "Oh, how pawsitively adorable! C'mere!" Without hesitation, she grabbed the Shinx and scooped it up in her hands and it made an almost barking noise, but seemed to grin in an almost approval.
"So, let's go ofur the rules," she said to the Pokémon. "One is no hunting." She frowned and stuck her tongue out and her Shinx responded by tilting his head, not understanding the gesture. "Battling is okay, though! We're supposed to do that. I bet you'll be a purrfect battler! You look strong!" Her grin returned and she pressed her face against the Pokémon's. "Raawrrrrr!"
"Rrrraaaah," the Shinx responded, sounding almost confused, and Nepeta burst into a fit of giggles. "I think I'm going to name you Leon! Like a lion!" The little blue creature made another happy half-bark and Nepeta stood and pulled the Xtransciever back out of her pocket.
"Well, there's something ahead out there, right? Let's go befur we lose it!"
