And yes we did! What an awesome day! Though, I was kinda tired and missed the better part of the evening, I was up in time to catch the big acceptance speech. For the first time, I feel some actual pride in my country. I know my grandfather would be proud of this moment as well. He overcame many challenges, from the time before he left Cuba.
