So many things so little time...
Woot! Time to write another endless sheet post in my LJ! Only... not really! I'll try to keep it short but I've been aching to write something so there ya go.
Sunday was the Japanese examinations. I went for the N1 AKA the highest level examination in Japanese. As expected, it was difficult. They said that they'd make it more difficult since the N-system was introduced but I didn't expect it to be THAT difficult. Mainly because it was 31 pages of which 20 were made of lenghty text. And only 110 minutes to read them all & reply to the questions? You've gotta be kidding me! 20 minutes before the test ended & I still had 3 texts to read! I sped up & ignored most of the sentences, trying to get gist from the kanji. D:
Bah! Whatever! Back then I thought I screwed up but, 4 days after, I have a feeling I did ok. I may have even passed! The listening part was so easy! I'm sure I didn't fail there at least. If I did pass I'm celebrating like there's no tomorrow! Results in February. 緊張するけど...結局...どうでもいいだろうね...試験をまだ受けれるよね！
Time to focus on Korean finally! ^^ I need to watch more RAW shows to start grasping more of the language. Thankfully a new one starts this Friday & it's gotten my interest. :3 It's called "We are dating" & it's a spinoff of the popular "We got married" show. Instead of make-believe marriages we have make-believe dating couples. Main reason I'm watching? The 3 couples that'll kick off the show are made by Alexander, Soohyun & Eli from U-KISS paired with 3 members of girl group Girl's Day! U-KISS with girls? Hell yeah! I need to see Alekos with a girl! I'm so curious! My bets from now though that Soohyun will be the most caring of the 3. Oh noes! I think I'm developing a Soohyun bias (and he's an EXILE fan too it seems <3333) but I still want to keep my fangirling in U-KISS bias-free! XD
Btw, do you like my new default icon? *points* It's made by fellow U-KISS fan imanat over in Omona. You see, there's this insider joke going around that U-KISS only has 15 fans so they started making numbered icons for them. But there's more of us I swear! XD So we all jumped the bandwagon & asked her if we can get our own u-kiss # fan icons. I got 86 (year of birth) cause 69 was taken! Damn!
(I finally cleared all my old JE icons save for the Kame one cause Kame will always be love. JEから卒業した！졸업했어 in Korean.)
Also:
U-KISS & Osaka-ben = OTP! I have a weakness for that dialect! When I was in Osaka I kept trying to get the shopkeepers to speak in the dialect for me but they used normal Japanese. D: Aren't U-KISS & their broken Japanese the most adorable thing ever? I love Made in BS Japan cause they do some really silly stuff in that show & they make some epic faces too! I'm watching it every week. It's so relieving to have a show where I can actually understand what's being said. I hope I manage to do this with Korean shows as well.
Finally, I need to go shopping for some new boots. I need a pair of rainboots cause I'm going to England next week & it may be snowing. And a new pair of short boots with heels. My old pair wore off & I need a new stylish one. As I said before I'd rather die than be unfashionable. ;P
