A) Sounds like I was right to add an extra week to that estimate. I'm now adding an extra one, with room for a ‎third just in case. "If you're disappointed, you weren't being sufficiently pessimistic," is not a philosophy I've made ‎use of in a while. I guess it was overdue. (Though the more I think about it, the more room I see for ‎disappointment
