[Arslan was aware enough about the town being strange. He was attentive, and listened to the calls he could (even if he had no idea exactly how that phone thing was supposed to work), but actual details about the town's antics were scarce. [Arslan's eyes flick briefly towards Johan, before going back to the blade he's practicing with. After a moment, and finishing what seems like some sort of routine, Arslan shifts to draw the knife down to his side, holding it in a non-aggressive manner as he turns to face the other.]

Just practicing to keep up with it.

It may not be as long as the sword I'm used to, but it can still do damage. I don't think people would appreciate it if I hit them on accident with it.
