I completely agree, and that's exactly what I was talking about. When I said Christmas and Easter I meant the celebrations of Christ's birth and resurrection. Those are the true celebrations. Everything wrapped around it, Santa Claus, Easter Bunny, is all commercial glitter. I don't have anything against New Years. But watching the ball drop made me think of this.
