...seems this song finds me every year, no matter where I happen to be.

I'm too stubborn for this, and I'm lying when I say I want to be the better person.  I know I won't get what I want this year, and I haven't even asked for anything.  I'm prepared for disappointment.  I'd prefer not to let my pety problems run my life, but they would prefer it

Enough! No kidding. I can't deal with the DRAMA. This is why I build up a wall and only few people are allowed in. Only the select few I trust can have access to my true feelings because everyone else has DRAMA. How is it that we can have drama in our own lives but a coffee and 10 minutes talking to each other solves problems - but yet - other people continue to add drama every day in every way possible??? I can't deal with anyone elses problems too (that is besides wifey). It's ENOUGH right now - and I'm not really feeling feeling this so-called "holiday spirit" as you are well aware. Boo to everyone else besides us. Heh.
