So i arrived here Monday having had a 14ish hour flight from Teesside to Amsterdam (delayed so had to sprnt through the airport to my gate) then Amsterdam to LAX. Met up with two friends then headed via metro to hotel. The metro is an experience. Two observations... it seemed i was the only white/caucasian in the whole of LA and a different freak

sounds like you are having fun :) been to LA but only stayed for the night, so I don't feel like I got the full experience, would love to go back!You there visiting friends then?
