Interesting places to take photographs in the DC metro area. Needs to be someplace I can shoot nudes safely and won't cost a bazillion dollars to rent for a few hours. I've been in the DC area occasionally, over the past 15 years.
I'm usually looking for least cost or economical, but close to the conference I'm attending. The spring conference is at the Marriott Wardman Park. It's nice, but not really outstanding - the reason our conference is there is size - close to 2000 attendees.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt in Reston, VA - the rooms were nicely furnished/decorated.

I'll give you a suggestion though, maybe you could offer to take some G-rated photos for a hotel/condo or apartment building to put on their web site or use for advertising. All you'd be asking for is to use one of their rooms or suites for a while.
