Ever get that feeling like you aren't getting enough oxygen, but you're kind of calm? I think I've been ignoring my own stress lately. I'm discovering this habit of mine: when something is really wrong, act like everything is ok, and when things are mostly ok, notice things that are really wrong. I'm a bit fucked up that way
