Sorry to hear you're feeling down. I know how only a few negative things in life can completely overshadow all the good. The way I deal with it is to not think of what has happened but of what can happen.

I think it's big of you to not disparage Angel, wether justified or not. I just hope that any animosity you may have for her isn't being redirected back onto yourself. From what I know you have nothing to be sorry about.

Are you still in Charlottetown? We should really get together sometime.
