(no subject)
Last night at work was hell. I was in shoes and had four pallets. I managed to only take two back, which manager Kenny seemed happy about. I'm starting to not like the people I hang out with. I usually have break/eat lunch with Jennifer, Dale, and Tracey on Saturday, then Dale and Tracey Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Dale cusses was too much, not at me but he'll randomly cuss at someone. Like the other night he said "get you're fu**ing a** back to work!" to the support manager, Andre. Really? At a manager no doubt. I can't believe he's still working there. I mean I don't like Andre either (he always glares and gives dirty looks at me, not to mention he doesn't like me one bit though i'm confused why), but you don't just cuss at a man who' coming back from break. Next is Jennifer. She's cool you know. She's funny and old school but sometimes she I don't know rubs you the wrong way? I can't explain it yet. Tracey is awesome. That's it. She's a tad quiet so its sometimes uncomfortable to sit with her as all these awkward silences but all in all she's an awesome person and a beast at stocking apparrel :) . It helps she's an insane animal lover like myself. Tamara is another person I hang out with. Besides the drinking and drugs she's cool. She's funny (in a sarcastic/witty way) and nice, though she sometimes says stupid stuff that hurts my feelings, like calling my dad stupid. She said this when I told her he was teaching me how to drive on his days off. She said he was doing it the wrong way. So I stopped talking to her the rest of the night. I'm still a bit ticked but we get along still. Lauren is my ride. She is too sweet for words and as cute as a button. She even drives me to work on her days off. Really? Plus she's easy to talk to. Like Jennifer though sometimes she rubs me the wrong way. I can't explain that yet either.
I checked my check (pun?) online and $432.26 was there. I mean i'm happy its above $430 but i'm confused. My second payweek here I got $480 WITHOUT Holiday pay, and that was working all my days and I work all my days usually (i've missed two days so far) so why is my pay so much lower? I can't wait until the holidays. Alot of work but good holiday pay :) For memorial day I was given $50 extra on my pay. I can't miss another day until December anyways because only 3 in six months is allowed. If I miss even one day my check is only like $380. From this check $100 is directly deposited into my Chase savings account. Might add more to the Direct Deposit later.
I need to buy a scanner with this check as i'm drawing again and want to upload to DeviantArt. You can see my art here. I will never draw professionally. I'm not good enough but a vet tech is my other dream which I will accomplish. That's what my savings account is for. College money, which I will not touch.
