check what you're eating, what exactly is your stress level like lately, and maybe some other factors that you normally don't think a lot about are playing a part...o_o;
I'm not 100% sure on what I eat, I know it hasnt really been much lately though. As far as stress though . . . that could be it. School in the past 2 weeks has been bugging me a bit (especially this 10 page essay and a few other things), some Warcraft 3, -points at last post-, Aoi . . . Really, a lot has been pestering my mind and it's really starting to bug me. But what I mentioned has been the major parts.
Then all of those combined could be your stress..@_@; Try not to think about certain things in that list when you don't have to. As far as school goes, too, you could do things little by little and that should be pretty good in letting off some stress from that.
It's really hard to not think about many of these reflections when i'm laying in bed. It's rather vexing, really.
My mother recomended me to take school slowly too, but I havent really been doing a good job at it. Cramming things is what I seem to do best, which isint good. Although it has worked well with the little work/studying i've done it with. I really need to keep this in mind >< Thanks for reminding me!
