Woke up this morning and laid around. I was supposed to go shoot photos for work but I didn't feel like it. Ran to the store for my mom and on the way home got the Joe Sop mantra in my head. Today was a good day. I slept for 12 hours for no apparent reason. Maybe that sore throat yesterday was a touch of sickness. Hopefully I knocked it out. I laid on the couch in pjs til dinner which was nice since it was raining out. After dinner Ken called saying he was back on the east side and wanted to eat. So to explain. Lately I've been feeling not so great. Had some migraines and back pain, stomach issues etc. I attributed it all to something different. Thought my stomach problems from my Indiana trip were a virus. It very well could have been but now I'm not so sure. Seeing them get upset makes me so sad but its comforting. I automatically shed a lil tear b/c I know how much everyone misses him. What a tragic loss. I really miss Roi.
