You know I'm the last person to give advice on the topics of relationships.
So I'm reluctant to try,

The most obvious thing to say is that Josie is being a bitch and Lenny deserves better, but considering you're friends with both of them...
Of course if Josie genuinely likes Todd more than Lenny, you can't very well tell her to get with Lenny for the sake of the friends circle.

In the past, I've had several friends who have had crushes on me. Considering it is NEVER requited, it's always really awkward, but eventually they got over it. Eventually, it all reverts to normality.

The fact is, you can't really DO anything, but talk. Explain the situation to Josie, be encouraging to Lenny.

And that's my advice, for what it's worth.

well justice is served, cause Lenny and Todd are friends and Todd told Lenney he wasn't going to ask Josie out. karma bomb is all i can say.
