The last two days have each ended terribly. Anyone have suggestions for improving my mood (re: sense of self-worth and liking people again 'cause all my troubles are with people)?

My advice is to pamper yourself. Curl up with a cup of tea (or drink of your choice) and a good book ... or your favorite comfort movie.
Take yourself out to dinner, or for a picnic. Go to a museum (that's to help with the liking people again, because they tend to act better in such a setting).
Play hooky and visit the zoo in the middle of the week when it's less crowded. Same strategy works for movies.
Some people are just not ones you'll like. That's totally valid.
If you have to like them or at least fake it better I try to see the good in people in little things. If you can find a tiny thing to like about them focus on that and don't dwell on the bad stuff. Just tell your mind that the bad stuff is there too, you're just ignoring it for a while.
But sometimes you just need to hide from all people and that's not a bad thing. I like my hibernation days :)

If it's of any help, I think you're worth plenty!
