Due to Artemis' size, it's not hard to get people to talk to him. He's not really violent, but if he threatens to smack people around they tend to talk pretty easily. >:D

Yeah, I don't think it'll work on Shin-sin-fa either. If you've read any of his backstory, pain isn't something he's really afraid of--definitely not the sort from a fistfight anyway.

However, I think his head is pretty easily turned by other hot cat-boys :D Especially since he seems to like fighting with people before he gets along with them--so by all means, let ARtemis try and get him to talk that way :D
