They have a huge sale going on right now...10 Geneon DVD's for $50 or 25 Geneon DVD's for $100 with free shipping. It took some work (Geneon isn't exactly my favorite), but I found 25 DVD's that I wanted, and promptly had a heart attack at the subtotal before the discount was applied. Almost $800 worth of

Do be aware that shipping will probably be VERY slow with this sale, because they are hugely backed up from the response they are getting. But if you used the sale, then getting prices like that is more than worth the wait!

The story is about half written, and the chase is only just beginning...but perhaps by the weekend I'll have it finished! I have more time on my hands now that they've put off changing over computer systems at work for another month (they were going to make us work all weekend *shudders*)

But yes, do check out Rightstuf. I know once those come I'll be VERY occupied for quite a while trying to watch five series, LOL...

I could get into so very much trouble on that site. There are probably about three different series just on their special -- not to mention the complete, subbed Cardcaptors set -- that could work me out of a good paycheck without even trying. *sniffles* Some much anime, so little money time.

Well, if those series are on their sale, for 10 of those DVD's you'd only be paying $50. That's like, what, $5 a DVD? Hardly a paycheck, and probably your only chance to get them WITHOUT spending a whole paycheck, LOL!

And as for that Cardcaptors set on the sale, I think that is just the dubbed, edited version. They had a sale for the subbed ones a couple of years ago, and I got the entire first season for under $100. I already had the second season...I love that series for some reason. ^^

What do you mean, what series? What series I bought? Not were really ones that I was dying to see, but they looked interesting, and at that price it was probably the only opportunity that I'd get to see them.

Ai Yori Aoshi, Ai Yori Enishi, Jubei Chan 2 (I had to buy 1 elsewhere, but even that only cost $35), Heat Guy J (We'll see how this one goes, but I figured if nothing else, I'd be amused by the characters resemblance to the Escaflowne characters), Hand Maid May (My brother's choice), and Haibane Renmei.
