Definitely not kosher.

I think this is probably one of the most horrifying and brilliant things I've ever seen: Bacon Chocolate.

Bacon and chocolate; two of nature's perfect foods. I'm not sure about how they go together but I'd try it.

it's a good start for that 3 foods challenge as well. bluesetude wrote about it a while back; 3 foods, each go well with the other 2 but all three together is ghastly.

You'd think it would be. But what would the elusive third member of the triad be?

(I'm not a bacon eater, but I can try to imagine it for purposes of the game.)

Well, that sounds totally plausible to me. But in these decadent times, bacon-chocolate-honeydew is probably some sick bastard's favorite ice cream flavor, or a popular line of baby food.

Unfortunately, it's exquisite.

You know how the bit of salt on the pretzels make chocolate covered pretzels taste so good?

Yeah, well multiply that pleasure by about a thousand.

I had a little smidge of a sample at Whole Foods the other day, and honestly thought I was going to break out moaning. It was quite embarrassing.

The bacon is not at all overwhelming....it's in little bits like when you get chocolate with cacao nibs in.

I can't decide if I should be salivating or totally grossed out. I'd give it a whirl though. :)
