Brick Lane curry festival today - nice wander plus a nice take away curry which we ate sitting on step! Loads of people & loads of atmosphere. As good as a holiday abroad!

Good evening at church! Nice weekend full stop. Managed a morning mooch in Tate Modern on Saturday - now going to look at notes I made!!

Not had much time to post, but happily busy!!! Good Bank Holiday weekend - Kew Gardens which was fun!

Nice evening in - friend bought us some red wine & another friend donated some curry when made too much, & topped off by good coffee & a sweet sweet. Yum!

Life drawing last Saturday -lovely model & even had time to draw in between making coffee & welcoming. Want to do some more!!

Youngest daughter went out with older ones so we were free to go out ourselves. Went to church service - talking about doing the impossible in faith!

Nice wedding yesterday. Bride only 18 & groom a little older but they both looked ready for the commitment & good together! Then went to Tate Modern with beloved to see Dali Exhibition. Better than expected. Amazed by the accuracy of small figures in paintings & enjoyed (most) of the films on show - and liked the big empty spaces ( Read more... )
