LOL. I have the opposite problem. My entries go into TL;DR most of the time. But I'm a talker in real life, too. Which brings me to my question.
Are you rather quiet in real life and this is something that carries over to the LJ experience? Or is it just typing it out that makes you less than loquacious?
I'm definitely a talker in person, but when I sit in front of a keyboard I can't type as fast as my inner voice. So I end up leaving concise little messages. That's kind of the reason I decided to start writing on my LJ account. Although I came to read fan fic, I've been wanting to try my hand at blogging for a while. I just wasn't sure what I had to say. So I figured if I just started it wouldn't seem so daunting.
And just for the record, Chlollie fan fic is, apparently, my crack. I had a little "woot woot" moment when I saw you'd posted Chapter 4 of Subtraction Time. So good!
Aw, thanks. I'm happy whenever I get a chapter done of anything. That much closer to fulfilling fic obligations and feeling less guilty about writing my silly romance novels. :)
I feel like I prefer writing because I can just spew out all the thoughts, then go over them and reorganize them with semi-coherent flow. If only I could edit what I say before it comes out. I feel like I'm one of those people that says whatever's rattling around in my noggin and gets some strange looks as the world isn't following my mad tangents.
