I think OS X is gorgeous, and really neat. I think their hardware is really gorgeous too. Further I don't like Microsoft.

However, Apple doesn't seem to know how to treat their customers.

Worked too hard all day. Talked to red_mouth_ghost and Reba. Sometimes talking to those kids literally feels like having 50 or so pounds lifted off my back. Some location scout is coming by my apt tomorrow to take pictures. If they like it, there will be a commercial for Asthma medicine filmed in my apt. I will get $2000.

They said "the ad is about a hip young man with Asthma, who lives at Alamo Square, and has a view of downtown". I said "I am that."
