How do we get people to do what they are supposed to do? That is the key to Management. Be is Family management, business management, relationship management, environmental management, or any-other-thing management. 1 and 3 are the BIGGEST things, 1 being the most important. I've never worked in a position where any of these three items have been even existent, let alone strong.

(It is my personal belief that Bloop lacks all of these things and that is why this staff will go down the same as the previous staff, for example.)

I can't work in an environment where I don't know my job, ya know? Sure, initiating and creativity are important, but completely useless without the structure laid out first.

I don't think bloop is an organisation or that the 'staff' are employees in any-way. More like volunteers, I'd think. Volunteers tend to keep going on their own steam. In fact in certain situations, volunteers may feel turned off by too much structure.

Eh. I was just using an example we were both familiar with. I don't think it would HURT Bloop in any way to have structure. And I only used that example because a few months ago, you were saying the same things.

Volunteer positions usually have a lot of structure, here, and tended to be treated the same as paid positions, except without pay.
