I think we just finally took it out on each other. We haven't had a solid link for ages and I think it just snapped this morning.
I tried cutting him off once before and a friend of ours made us make up, but this is pushing it. Far.
I just don't know what to do about him anymore. He'll crawl back apologizing and then what? I have to see him for 2 more years, and he'll probably be in almost all of my classes.
Yeah, it rather does have the hallmarks of the straw that broke the camel’s back. =(
I’m sorry I don’t have more useful advice to offer you. Personally I’m of the mind that if a relationship makes you more unhappy than happy then it’s probably time to let it go, but that becomes difficult when you have to see the person every day.
Is it possible to perhaps accept his apology (if he does apologise) but then just…distance yourself from him a bit? Remain civil and friendly so there’s no awkwardness or friends pushing you into speaking to each other, but just not have more to do with him than is absolutely necessary?
I'm glad you didn't just take it though and no worries Art people say a lot of things they wish they wouldn't when annoyed like that.
But yes, mr. straight edge, eh ;) Got to love when something with such a good is turned into a trend...something people once believed and fought for so easily givin' up.
